Sažetak
In Croatia foreigners are persons who do not have Croatian citizenship or who are without any citizenship at all, with the exception of Croats with foreign citizenship who are not considered foreigners in Croatia and do not need work permit for the employment in Croatia. The labour act as a general law legislation regulating labour issues, specifies the conditions for foreigners to receive labour contract. All foreigners legally employed in the territory of the Republic of Croatia can acquire all the rights arising from employment pertaining to the Croatian employees.
