Sažetak
Although immigrants (or "new minorities") seem to be, in many aspects, the most vulnerable group, concentration on their needs and seeking a solution for their problems should include wider perspective, i.e. other parts of the plural ethnic mosaic (which means majority population as well as other ethnic minorities in one specific and concrete society). This raises the question not only of the minority - majority relation but also the relation between different minority groups within the same society (or state). Namely, any perception of unjust solution provokes frustration and the need to revolt.
