Sažetak
The coursebook, designed primarily for university students of English, includes 23 units covering the areas of Electrical Eng, Electronics and Computing. The texts build up the vocabulary of the latest developments in the given fields, providing a cross-section of different levels of the language of science. The 'Study Section' parts deal with grammatical and lexical structures characteristic of the language of science and technology. The comprehensive exercises are based on learner-oriented approach. The Glossary added to the coursebook includes (in 50 pages) the comprehensive technical and subtechnical vocabulary covered in the units. It consists of the English headwords with synonyms, pronunciation in BE and AE variants, and Croatian equivalents.
