Sažetak
The Olympus AU 800 (MISHIMA Olympus Co., Japan) was evaluated according to the guidelines of the European Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards (ECCLS). The following analytes were tested: glucose, bilirubin, urea, creatinine, urate, total protein, cholesterol, triglycerides, amylase, alkaline phosphatase, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, gamma-glutamyltransferase, creatine kinase, lactate dehydrogenase and phosphorus. The results of the analytical performance were as follows: low intra- and interassay variations, no sample or reagent carryover, acceptable comparison results with the Abbott Spectrum II analyzer, expect for phosphorus and triglycerides, and confirmation of the known influence of hyperbilirubinemia, lipemia and hemolysis interference.
