Sažetak
Croatia is one of few countries, with long-standing tradition of public hrealth services promoted on the ideological grounds of "free-access" to social medicice (A Stapmar), whatever it means in real-life professional practice. The article represents a critical analysis of this rather orhodox "A. Stapmarian" public health paradigm in the realms of minority elderly care in Croatia, including its strengts and weaknesses, at the time being.
