Sažetak
Since the PAC-ROC data were closer to diagonal line (AUC< 0, 6), those tests have a lower overall diagnostic perfomance.The metabolic tests and tests of coagulation have a better overall perfomance as the methods discerning survival vs nonsurvival of the septic patients, their AUC range 0, 6-0, 9.These results might contribute to a better understanding of diagnostic value of clinical analyses in critically ill septic patients.
