Sažetak
The meaning of the productivity in this research will be explained, same as its importance in construction projects through different project phases. The model of construction labour productivity optimisation will be defined and explained. The methodology of construction productivity data collecting will be explained. The data that the research is based on has been collected at more than 10 construction sites and mostly related to labour productivity of formwork trade. The neural network will be used with aim to estimate the productivity related to the characteristics of technology and the organisation of work, same as the impacting circumstances that were present in the project during the performance of the activities, as one of the modules of labour productivity optimisation model.
