Sažetak
In this work we consider the problems dealing with management of the region in the conditions, when the economic development causes the destabi-lization of the eco-system. The starting point is the systematic approach in the analysis of these events. The region is considered as a system com-posed of numerous subsitems. The dominant subsys-tems in the region (considered as o system) are economy and enviroment. In their interaction the-re is quite often destabilisatin of the environ-ment. Both subsystems are important for the regi-on, and because of that there is a qvestion if is possible to achieve synergy. The ansver can be found in the substainable development. In this work we tried to find the modality, wich might help us to decrease the entropy, and wich might show us the way to have the stability in the region (considered as a system for protection of environment).
