Sažetak
Different microbial species present in environment degrade many produsts by their biological activity, decreasing the quality of the products and causing certain ecological damage. In this work presence of microorganisms in diesel oil and in water mass at the bottom of the tank during prolonged storage was investigated. It was assumed that accumulated water at the base of storage tank enabled the growth of microorganisms. The results of experiments confirmed this assumption so from water mass different groups of microorganisms were isolated (fungi: Cladosporium, Penicillium and Aspergillus and gram negative and gram positive bacteria). A biostatic ability of two commercial additives which serve as diesel oil stabilizers was also tested.
