Sažetak
Redefining of the European Air Traffic Regulation system at the begining iof the 21 century that should match the predicted traffic growth, has been stupulated first of all by the technical aspect of the development and implementation of sofisticated communication, navigation and radar system, and than also by the organisational and technological revision, e.g. of flight procedures, data and flight plan precessing, minimal aircraft separation etc. The integration of Croatia into the unique European air traffic control system assumes also the adjustments at the intitutional and technological levels, i.e. the implementation of the relevant international standards within the national air traffic regulations. Due to the direct influence on the reintegration of the international air traffic flows, the participation of Croatia in the European integration projects, mainly within EATCHIP and the ATM 2000+ can be denoted as the main objective in the development strategy of the national aviation. The positive dispositions of Croatia are reflected in her favourable geotraffic location. However, the required implementation of the sofisticated technology, the same as for other country in transition, presents limiting factor in the equality of integration.
