Sažetak
The method of a transient current analysis of the shunt capacitors switching on the power system is presented. The parallel resonant frequency is equal to the transient oscillations frequency which appears when the filter circuit is switched on the power system. But the transient duration is relatively short and mixed with the stationary signals so the precise measurement of the transient frequeny is not quite simple. Therefore, the special measurement method which combines the transient current measurement and the signal processing is developed.
