Sažetak
Business processes perform inside business system as the logic sequence of working activities, using available working resources to attain the business goals. Because of permanent changes in the business system and his environment the business system is exposed to permanent changes and under continuous adaptation to new conditions. Business Process Reengineering supported with modern information technologies is the rational way to keep the right course. In such delicate situations simulation modelling is the appropriate enforcement approach because of the problem abstraction ability, systematic procedures and intuitive approach. Decision making in the implementation of BPR field must be based on qualitative and reliable data that should insure simulation deliverables could enlarge quality and productivity of business system.
