Sažetak
The largest number of shooots were formed in Coleus blumei nodal stem segments. This regeneration system appears to be the most promissing for shooty teratomas based on the large number of regenerated shoots and the very high proportion of explats exhibiting organogenesisi (near 100%). Leaf and internodal explants were suitable for callus and root induction, thus, consequently they are potential explants for unorganised tumour or hairy-root induction.
