Sažetak
In this paper, we review the different, open and industrial frameworks that support IT organizations in the transition from IT infrastructure management into IT Service management and IT business value or IT Governance management. This paper is organized as follows. An introductions discussion explains the difference between distinguish stages of IT management. Chapter 2 shows IT Service Management framework and chapter 3, IT Governance framework. In Chapter 4 we are comparing these two concepts and their models and in Chapter 5 are concluding remarks.
