Sažetak
Continuous hormone therapy promotes androgen deficient environment and thus facilitates NE differentiation and appearance of an aggressive PC. Thus we advocate the modification of hormone therapy: after 9 months of Mab next 6 months Flutamide monothery is to be applied that prevents the cintact of androgens wit androgen receptor but restores the normal androgen environment within the cell and prostatic structures. Studies are in progress and first data are promissing.
