Sažetak
In PC pts after radical treatment we have compared time to progression and fluctuations in CgA serum level with the abundance ih grade 4 cancer structure according to Gleasons approach. Progression is definitely linked to the anount of grade 4 cancer structures ans in part with the elevation in CgA concentration that denotes NE activity.
