Sažetak
During treatment of PC and BPH patients with androgen supression approach we found that the prolonged action of androgen deprivation drugs promote the appearance of an aggressive prostate cancer by the elevation of CgA concentration and NE differentiation. That is in accordance with the known fact that men with low serum androgen level are candidates for the development of an aggressive prostate cancer.
