Sažetak
Continuous Finasteride therapy in BPH patients leads to the elevation in an aggressive prostate cancer findings than in patients who use the same drug in an intermittend way (only 6-9 months). Countinuous adnministration of this drug causes the raise in serum CgA level and an increase in neuroendocrine differentiation.
