Sažetak
In stage D3 prostate cancer patients the elevation of CgA serum level is a marker of osteolysis with the lead time of 4-20 months in a subclinical manner. From PSA and PAP data in patients with HRPC one can calculate the number od bone lesions by the reported equation that enables the record the exact number of metastases even if some are superimposed on the other(s).
