Decentralization in transition countries;
Sažetak
Since begin of 1990s across the world countries have been faced with the challenges of simultaneous processes of globalization and decentrlaization. That processes became particularly strenghtened in ex-socialist countries of Central Europe, as one prerequisite for approaching their economies to standards of fre market economy. Comparative analysis shows that countries differ in decentralization achievements, measured by fiscal and qualitative indicators.
