Sažetak
Taking into account the changes in the international relations since the end of the Second World War, the author proposed to eliminate the permanent membership of the five former super powers in the Security Council. Moreover, he suggested that the 60th anniversary of the United Nations is the proper moment to remove the seat of the Organization from New York to one of the countries closer to a greater number of member states, e.g. the Mediterranean. This would also enable another official language of the UN to replace the 60 years dominance of the English language.
