Sažetak
Changes that happen in the world of photography, especially the expansion of the digital photography, had influence on the photographic copyrights actuality. By spreading the popularity of digital technologies, photographers as well, as the illustrators and artists approach the dilemma: to use the creative abilities of the new media as well as the distributive possibilities they offer, but they are afraid of great possibilities of copyright violation. Profiling of photographs in digital media, specially their placing over Internet, has lead to the new dimension of the old problem: how to protect someone’ s own work from possible misuses? This article deals with copyright, new information media - Internet, and with the photographic copyright protection.
