Sažetak
The article shows analysis of production logistics and its level in Croatian enterprises. Necessity of development and improvement of logistics in a way of better concurrency of Croatian enterprises on the International market is emphasized. The concept of Centre for development of the new production and informatics technologies, entrepreneurship and management developed at Mechanical Engineering faculty is presented. Achieved results in different enterprises in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Austria shows significant reserves in preparation and production costs and possibility to increase concurrency through applying of production logistics reengineering.
