Sažetak
In the development of the security system, risk assessment is a foundation for selection of the security measures, which also depends upon costs. The quality of the risk assessment depends upon selection of the form and intensity of the threats. If the business system does not monitor the form of the threats, a realistic assessment of the threats should be performed, or the system should use the experience of others. The best, but also the most time-consuming solution is development of own security system, while the fastest route is to use experience of others. However, the problem emerges related to the transfer of other solutions into the targeted system. Depending upon the question whether we take over experiences of domestic or foreign busyness systems, the question emerges related to the level of applicability of their systems to our own. This occurs because of the significant differences between foreign and domestic practices, as well as the differences within domestic practice, which necessarily increases the costs and complexity of development of the whole security system.
