Sažetak
Every construction project passes several phases in its life cycle, from the demonstrating the need to operation and maintenance. The end of every phase is a decision point where past progress is revised and all key decision made for continuation of the project. Risk and uncertainties are inherent in all the phases through the project passes. This papers shows a computer programme developed by the author that is used as a decision support system for managing risk in construction projects based on Process Protocol. The Process Protocol is plan of work developed at the University of Salford with the purpose of managing construction projects from recognition of a need to operation and maintenance.
