Sažetak
Through the reorganisation process of production systems ("Rade Končar", "Đuro Đaković};" "Prvomajska", "Jugoturbina", "Jugoplastika", "Jedinstvo" etc.) Institutes and Departments for developing are completely disappeared and theirs significant influences on product development, developing and applying of new technologies, improvement of logistics and implementation of new information technologies. Especially, artisans, small and medium enterprises that were connected with that systems lost possibility to transfer technology and to increase their concurrence on the International market. Therefore, leaders of technological prosperity could be centres for developing and applying of new production and information technologies. The concept of Laboratory for intelligent production system that has been developed at Mechanical Engineering Faculty in Slavonski Brod and results achieved in cooperation with enterprises in Croatia, Austria and Bosnia and Herzegovina are given.
