Sažetak
Karapandzic method for lip reconstruction is consider to be one of the best methods for defects up to two thirds of the lower lip. The main advantage of the method is funcional lip and scars that are falling in the natural skin folds. The main disadvantage of the Karapandzic method is microstomia and it is generally considered not suitable for defects larger than two thirds of the lip. We will present Karapandzic method was employed in the cases where defects were larger than two thirds of the lip or where other structures besides the lips have to be reconstructed.
