Ti integracijski procesi i znanstveno-tehnoloki razvoj sve vie nagone ovjeka da se suoi s procesima globalizacije ovjeanstva, te da na nov nain promatra svoj poloaj i svoju karijeru. Suvremena znanost i tehnike koje se razvijaju usporedno s njom duboko mijenjaju poloaj ovjeka u svijetu, a poglavito u trgovakom drutvu. Glede toga, ovjek e se morati neprestano prilagoavati, ne samo dugoronim evolucijama, nego takoer srednjoronim i kratkoronim sluajnostima meunarodnog ivota. THE GLOBAL ECONOMY AND EDUCATION ASPECT S u m m a r y Integration processes and total quality management toward the end of the 20th and the begining of the 21 Century are a component of development of all the countries in the world that are aiming to merge into the global community. These integration processes coupled with the scientific and technological development press the individual to face the problem of tolerance and globalisation of mankind and to consider ones position and career in a new way. Modern science and the simultaneously developing technologies are thoroughly changing the position of the i individual in the world, and even more so in the trade society. Retrospectively, an individual will have to continuously adjust not only to long term evolutions, but also to middle and short range events of the international life. INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS OF MEASURING AND EVALUATING QUALITY IN TOURISM AND HOTEL MANAGEMENT The global economy market that is developing more and more rapidly demands from all of its subjects a particular quality and application of standards adopted by international associations for the standardization of products and services. This work scrutinizes the standards of the system of quality and business excellence. It analyzes the connections between business efficiency and evaluation of business excellence, and accentuates the processes of verification and the criteria of national awards for quality. Meunarodni standari mjerenja i ocjenjivanja kvalitete u turizmu i HOTELIJERSTVU S a e t a k Globalno gospodarsko trite koje se sve bre razvija, trai od svih subjekata odreenu kvalitetu i primjenu normi, usvojenih od meunarodnih tijela za standardizaciju proizvoda i usluga. U radu se izuavaju standardi sustava kvalitete i poslovne izvrsnosti. Analiziraju se veze izmeu poslovne uinkovitosti i ocjenjivanja poslovne izvrsnosti, te naglaavaju procesi provjere i kriteriji nacionalnih nagrada za kvalitetu. Kljune rijei: ocjenjivanje kvalitete, resursi, procesi, politika i strategija. EDUCATION OF PERSONNEL FOR QUALITY CONTENT Trading companies all around the world apply in practice more and more a new approach to management with human potentials when relations between manager and other amployees pass by both directions. Experiance and knowledge are exposed during the work and standardized education for quality is shown. The role of management with human potentials is emphasized. Meaning of education quality and knowledge innovation of the employees is pointed out within providing and managing of quality system. IZOBRAZBA KADROVA ZA KVALITETU Saetak Trgovaka drutva irom svijeta sve vie primjenjuju novi pristup upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima u kojem odnosi izmeu menedera i drugih zaposelnika teku u oba smjera. U radu se iznose iskustva i spoznaje te daje prikaz normirane edukacije za kvalitetu. Istie se uloga upravljanja i rukovoenja ljudskim potencijalima. Naglaava se znaenje kvalitete obrazovanja i inoviranja znanja zaposlenika u procesu osiguranja i upravljanja sustavom kvalitete. Kljune rijei: sustav kvalitete, upravljanja kvalitetom, izobrazba kadrova, ljudski potencijali. MEUOVISNOST PODUZETNITVA I MENEDMENTA S a e t a k U radu se promilja o poduzetnitvu i menedmentu u uslunim djelatnostima, posebice u obrazovanju, zdravstvu i kulturi, a napose o poduzetnitvu u javnom sektoru. Posebna se pozornost posveuje raspravi i promiljanju o razlikama poduzetnitva i menedmenta i njihovoj povezanosti koja tvori poduzetniko-menedersku funkciju, a u manjim poduzeima ovu sjedinjuje u jednoj osobi. Nakon toga se istiu glavna funkcionalna podruja modernog menedmenta, planiranje, organiziranje, kontrola, poboljanje i voenje ljudskih potencijala. Kljune rijei: moderni menedment, poslovne funkcije, materijalne i nematerijalne usluge, poduzetnitvo u javnom sektoru. INTERDEPENDENCE OF NTREPRENEURSHIP AND MANAGEMENT Summary The paper deliberates on entrepreneurship and management in the service industries, separately in education, health care and culture, and particularly on entrepreneurship in the public sector. Special attention is dedicated to the discussion and deliberation of the distinctions between entrepreunership and management and to their relatedness which forms the entrepreneur-managerial function that is incorporated in one individual in smaller enterprises. Thereafter the author underlines the main spheres of activity in modern management, planning, organizing, supervision, enhancement and guidance of human potentials. Keywords: modern management, business functions, tangible and intangible services, entrepreneurship in the public sector PODUZETNIKI MENEDMENT S a e t a k Poduzetnitvo i poduzetnik u ovoj se knjizi promatraju u sklopu znanstvenih, tehniko-tehnolokih, ekonomskih, trinih, socijalnih, organizacijskih, kadrovskih, obrazovnih i ostalih promjena koje su u vezi i u interakciji sa svekolikim postignuima to ih nosi suvremena znanstveno-tehnoloka revolucija. Pritom se imaju na umu postojee i predvidive potrebe Republike Hrvatske u kontekstu svjetskoga poduzetnikog ozraja. Poduzetnitvo, kao posebna aktivnost, i poduzetnik, kao nositelj te aktivnosti, sloene su, dinamine, ekonomske i sociokulturne kategorije, koje, u dananje vrijeme, osim klasinih, poprimaju i brojne nove znaajke i znaenja u teoriji i praksi. Obuhvaaju misaone, voljne, kreativne i inovativne poslovne i razvojne aktivnosti, proimajui time sve poduzetnike i menederske funkcije: planiranje, organiziranje, kadrovsko popunjavanje (ruko)voenje, kontroliranje i poboljavanje radi postizanja unaprijed utvrenih ciljeva. Poduzetnitvo i menedment se u takvoj konstelaciji veza, odnosa i zahtjeva preobraavaju u inovativno poduzetnitvo i u inovativni menedment. Kreativnost i inovativnost, kao i s tim povezani intelekt, imaginacija i intuicija, postaju neodvojivim sastojnicama poduzetniko-menederske funkcije. Njihov razvitak pretpostavlja odgovarajue ozraje u poduzeu i organizacijske oblike koji omoguuju iru samoinicijativnost i stvaralatvo zaposlenika, a posebice rukovoditelja. To se ostvaruje divizionalizacijom i decentralizacijom velikih poduzea i povezivanjem njihovih dijelova na nain kojim se postiu sinergijski uinci u poduzeu kao cjelini. ENTERPRENEURSHIP MANAGEMENT S u m m a r y This book considers free enterprise and enterpreneurs in the context of scientific, technological, economic, market, social, organizational, personnel, educational and other changes, which are interactively connected to the general achievements of the modern scientifc and technological revolution. At the same time, it considers the current and foreseeable needs of the Republic of Croatia in the context of international free enterprise. Free enterprise, as a separate activity, and enterpreneurs, as the agents of that activity, are complex economic, social and cultural categories, which today acquire many new features and meanings, besides the classical ones, in both theory and practice. They encompass intellectual, voluntary, creative and innovative commercial and developmental activities, thus permeating all free enterprise and managerial functions: planning, organization, human resources policy, management, supervision and improvement with the aim of achieving previously-established objectives. In such a network of interdependent bonds, relationships and requirements, free enterprise and management are transformed into innovative free enterprise and innovative management. Creativity and innovation, as well as the intellect, imagination and intuition that accompany them become integral components of the modern entrepreneurial-managerial functions. The development of these functions is only possible in the appropriate atmosphere in a company and in those forms of organization that ensure the wider initiative and creativity of employees, especially the managerial staff.
