Sažetak
This paper examines the implications of the organizational structure on the enterprise’ s performance, based on a research conducted in Republic of Croatia from September to December 2004, on small, medium and large companies. It examines types of organization structures, organizational hierarchy, frequency of organizational changes, leadership styles, corporate culture, coordination of strategy and strategy and relationship between organization structure and achieving organizational goals. The purpose of this research is to analyze how organizational structure and increase in its performance are related and if the organizational structure is an issue in enterprise competitiveness.
