Sažetak
The purpose of this work is to determine the metric characteristics (reliability, homogeneity and sensitivity) of three tests (forehand, backhand and backhand-forehand) for the estimation of situational precision for basic strokes of tennis players of age categories up to 12, 14, 16 years and seniors. For the purpose of realization of the mentioned goal, from Croatian tennis centers (Osijek, Zagreb, Varaždin, Umag and Split) there were used 30 tennis players competing in age categories up to 12, 14, 16 years and seniors. The obtained results of metric characteristics refer to the possibility of using the forehand, backhand and backhand-forehand tests for the evaluation of situational precision in the training process of tennis players for all age categories except the 12 years age category where the situational precision obviously is not yet enough stable as to be reliably estimated by the mentioned tests.
