Sažetak
Numerical solution is coded according to direct linear extrapolation method with assumption of average acceleration within a time step. Numerical analysis has been preformed of undamped and damped symply supported beams with various supports (modelled as damped linear elastic spring). The impact of a moderate spring stiffness to mid-point displacement is investigated. There is excellent agreement between analytical and numerical solution.
