Sažetak
Carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) were kept in the water with the constant concentration of 0.1 mg Cu/L. The liver samples were taken out in the five days intervals in the period of 50 days. Histochemical method for establishing the acid phosphatase activity shows the changes of lysosomes during the treatment. They become slightly numerous but the enlargement in the size is great. The examinations are approved by image analyser measurements which show the increase of lysosome number from 311 up to 445 (43%) per field. Also, at the beginning of the treatment the lysosomes covered area was 669 ľm2 and within 45 days treatment it shows the increase up to 1731 ľm2 (259%). Histochemicaly demonstrated ATP-ase was located in the bile canaliculi wals. During the treatment the number of canaliculi was constant (236 per field), but there was the increase of ATP- ase positive area from 18.301 ľm2 up to 30.766 ľm2 within 50 days of treatment. The results indicate that low copper concentrations at prolonged exposure causes changes in liver enzymes activity suficiently for histomorphologycal detection.
