Sažetak
A new EU initiatives and new type of procurement (e.g. Public Private Partnership), emphasise importance of estimation of whole life costs of buildings. In this work whole life costing is described, in order to address the importance of whole life costs, including maintenance and operation costs. The paper also highlights the impact of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) techniques in order to optimize whole life costs.
