Sažetak
Lifelong education exist as a kind of a new philosophy of education embracing all forms and segments of the educational process. Individualisation and diversity of adult education as a concept of lifelong learning is based on the changes in the internal structure and organisation of the teaching process. The emphasis is put on the very process of acquiring knowledgw, not only on acquisition of skills and qualifications. Lifelong learning combines all possibilities of formal and non-formal education in the human lifespan.
