Sažetak
Wrestling is a part of polistructural aciclic sports. Aciclic motions are mada in a direct encounter with the oponent, in a contigent and exausting fight where success depends upon a wide spectar of motoric and antropologic dimensions. From there comas the conclusion that wrestling, as an aditional sport, is suitable for a fisical preparations in many sports, like preparations of army and military forces (Aracic, M. (1996)). On the other hand, very often we come upon an insufficient material conditions because of which we cannot come to the complete realization of training and contest of one of this two stiles. For that purpose "modificated way" of wrestling has been mada and its puls a very similar demands in front of the athlet, very similar to an olimpic wrestling, in away of fisical preparation, and it brings wrestling closer to the general population of athletes, both man and women in a variety of different sports. Purpose of this research work is to determine a certain motoric abilities that are significantly affecting efficiency in a "modificated wrestling" Testing hss been conducted among the female students of the Faculty of Kineziology in Zagreb in October and November 2004 and on a Championship of Universities in Zagreb in January 2005. The statistics have been processed in a computer program "Statistics, Windows 6.0." A regresion analisis of manifest space hss been made, with whose help we discovered motorical abilities that are highly effecting success of a modificated way wrestiling contests. A very hlgh similarity between the crucial motoric abilities for succsesful modificated way wrestling and the ones needed for a succsesful olimpic wrestling has been noticed. It brings us to the conclusion that regardless to reduced complexity, reduced needs of material conditions and minimized possibily of injuries, modificated way of wrestling is ideal for training wrestlers of lower age categories, for introduction in educational system and also for use in high variety of sports as a mean of general fisical fitness. And especially it brings wrestling sport closer to women.
