Sažetak
Tip of the nose surgery is the most creative but in the same time the most demanding part of the rhinoplasty and the approach is still matter of controversy. The aim of the presentation is to show open approach to the tip surgery and the maneuvers that can improve projection, rotation, shape and definition of the tip of the nose. Special care will be paid to the cartilage grafting and suturing of the alar cartilages. Pros and cons of the open rhinoplasty approach to the tip surgery will be discussed.
