Sažetak
Through time, business success was defined differently, as were its prominent features. The dynamic openness to changes is a precondition for higher levels of business success. Organizations closed to changes will produce sub-optimal success. Croatian organizations are not sufficiently open to internal and external changes. Such attitudes reflect on measurable dimensions of business success in Croatia: solvency, efficiency, and profitability are sub-optimal. A change in the understanding of success and a higher degree of openness to internal and external changes will produce prerequisites for a higher degree of business efficiency
