Sažetak
Low concentrations of potassium dicromate have evident effect upon neoblast division in the regenerates of the planarian Polycelis felina(Daly.).In the neoblast treated for 6 hours with 0.3g/L of aqueous solution of potassium dichromate an increase in mitotic index was observed. After 3 hours treatment of regenerates with 0.3g/L of aqueous solution of potassium dichromate mitotic cycle was blocked in prophase, and after treatig the regenerates with the same concentration for 6 hours the mitotic cycle was blocked in metaphase. After the treatment of regenerates for 3 and 6 hours respectively, with 0.3g/L of aqueous solution of potassium dichromate, the most common chromosome aberrations were chromosome stickness, while the most common mitotic aberrations were C-mitosis and disturbed anaphase which were the results of damaged mitotic spindle
