Sažetak
Within the overthrust zone on the NW slope of Mt. Medvednica the formation of autoclastic rock fabric is frequently observed within the volcanic-sedimentary rock complex. The presented examples suggest that the polyphase deformational process characterized by fragmentation and shearing affecting rocks with certain rheological properties could result in autoclastic rock fabric formation. Frequently, shearing involve rotation of fragments and the entire rock closely resembles those of sedimentary origin.
