Sažetak
In CEE region outward FDI was not until recently a prominent factor in the region's reintegration into the world economy. Results of this study on outward FDI in CEE economies indicate that with the progress of the economic and institutional transformation in the region and EU enlargement there is potential for an important increase of outward FDI and activities of MNEs originating from CEE economies. It is too early to draw theoretical conclusions related to outward internationalization of CEE economies on the basis of our limited research as well as data quality and time lag. More researches and longer data time series are needed in near future.
