Sažetak
This is an overview of a decade-long development of HRE/EDC policy and practice in Croatia. The following issues were presented in 26 power point slides: a) a complex background of the National HRE&EDC programme, including the impact of the UNESCO-sponsored project on Peace and Human Rights for Croatian Primary Schools and the Civitas project 'Citizen' and the 'Foundations of Democracy', as well as of number of IGOs and (I)NGOs ; b) teaching and learning materials available to Croatian teachers, researchers and policy-makers ; c) activities carried out in the framework of the recent project leading to the development of an Interdisciplinary University Curriculum for Human Rights and Democracy with its web-site.
