Sažetak
The authors present their experience with a combination of latissimus dori and scapula free flap in reconstruction of defects following racical maxillectomies bases on 20 cases. The authors first choice for reconstruction is a scapula bone flap raised on the angular artery conbined with latissimus dori flap. Tha main disadvantage of the flap is the inability to work simultaneously in two teems, making the average operating time range from six to eight hours.
