Sažetak
The principle of stereotactic surgery is used in broad spectrum of neurosurgical operations such as biopsy, neuronavigation, functional neurosurgery and radiosurgery. Stereotactic neurosurgery was developed in attempt to reach subcortical neuroanatomical or pathological structure with presevation of the brain tissue. During the operation the patient’ s head is mounted with the stereotactic frame in the coordinate system we can do it also with neuronavigation system eith less precizion and less unconfortable. If the surigcal procedure is drived in a such maner the need for the blood and suplements are extremily rare.
