Sažetak
Organizational culture is included in all parts of an organization. Management can influence business success by establishing and maintaining a creative and enterprenerial organizational culture. This paper will show, analyze and interpret research results of an organizational culture, conducted in a productive company in the Republik of Croatia at the end of the year 2004.
