In lecture author presented basic principles of therapy for posttraumatic disorders caused by war psychotrauma. Therapeutic approach in Center for psychotrauma, Clinic for psychiatry, Clinical Hospital Center Rijeka, is developed during more than ten years of practice, in war and poswar period in Croatia.
