Sažetak
The flow forming process (flow turning) has wide application at the cylindrical workpiece producing. For stress state identification at the deformation zone is used the direct measuring method of normally (pn) and tangential contact stresses (τ ) for what is made special and unique tool sensor. Forces determining of flow forming is made and used special three-components sensor tool (FA, FT, FR). The stress state analysis at the contact surface of workpiece is carried out because of the tool shape and tribological process optimization. Therefore, in the paper are presented an analysis of the force components and contact stresses in the flow forming process.
