Sažetak
The recent investigations of deinking flotation of the conventional process for paper recycling have not shown any effectivenes when the digital offset prints were processed. The influence of ultrasound in the recycling process of digital offset prints, based on electrophotography has been investigated in this article. The investigations results have shown that the activity of ultrasound causses the splitting of great flat ElectroInk particles which detach from the print in the phase of disintegration, which increases the effectivenes of their separation and gives handsheets of greater optical homogeneity. The size of particles and the sufrace covered by particles on handsheet made in different phases nad the process conditions in relation to brightenss have been discused in this work.
