Sažetak
This paper presents an analysis of creative techniques and creative processes, which can be used to improve technical creativity. An overview of key features of creative techniques is given. The comparison focused on how these techniques can be applied regarding the environment, group size, duration and purpose. Comparative analysis of creative processes was performed based on process type, problem complexity, problem type, speed of process and usage of process. The paper concludes with a case study based on a workshop, at which people from Sales and IT sector tried to solve a problem by using creative techniques.
