Sažetak
Pre-production in urban areas often comprehends removal of existing structures as well as taking care of materials as result of disintegration subversion and destruction. Today, we are considering the problem of circular process of construction materials. Guidelines are given for material waste management and reuse of used materials, which will result reinstatement. Especially it is given an overview on technical and technological as well as organizational problems of pre-production on terrains where the materials were disposed after deconstruction and disintegration of structures without preliminary classification.
