Sažetak
Systematic risk management planning is expecting the unexpected. It is a tool which helps control risks in construction projects. The shortcomings of current project risk management processes, tools and techniques, are identified and a case for the application to project risk management is made. Risk management process will be used to estimate level of risk related with plan objectives. The data that the research is based on has been collected and compared from two actual projects. Adding uncertainty to activity’ s duration will be used, with the aim to estimate the time of completion related to the uncertainty of technology and the organisation, same as the impacting circumstances that can not be anticipated at the time of planning. This paper will review the level of risk at different time of completion. The results of the analyses will be presented. The possibilities and limits of the use of risk management in construction will be discussed. The comparison of the use of risk management model with the use of other techniques in construction will be discussed.
